Terry and Bev Loeppky founded Bow Valley Septic Ltd. in August 1994. We are one of the leading septic system cleaning and maintenance service providers in Calgary and surrounding areas. Since the beginning of our journey, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction has been our topmost priority. Initially, we used to have just one tandem vacuum truck that we used for all our operations. Fortunately, our business grew rapidly in our first year, and we were able to get a new tandem vacuum truck on board, eventually expanding our business. Our team offers quality workmanship and instant support for all your septic needs. We consider it our responsibility to educate homeowners about maintaining a healthy and well-functioning septic tank so that they don’t have to face the same draining issues in the future. How We Train Our Employees
We take pride in providing hands-on training to all our new employees. Our professionals are educated and certified with multiple safety courses, including TDG, H2S Alive, and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), to ensure the on-site security and well-being of everyone. All our vacuum trucks have Commercial Vehicle Inspection certificates. We also have a health and safety program, and we pride ourselves on the hands-on training of all our employees.
